Student Poster Session
- Sunday 12th June: 14:00 – 18:00 (setup: 13:30 – 14:00)
The student poster session on Sunday will be held in the Main Foyer. Posters presented during this session will be considered for the best student poster prize. Students should attend their posters for interactions with judges and arriving conference delegates for the entire session.
Student posters are presented twice during the conference, once during the student poster session, and again during the standard poster sessions.
All students receiving a grant to attend the conference must present their work in this session and submit a contribution to the proceedings.
Standard Poster Session
- Monday, June 13: 14:00 – 16:00 (setup: 08:30 – 09:00)
- Tuesday, June 14: 16:00 – 18:00 (setup: 08:30 – 09:00)
- Wednesday, June 15: 16:20 – 18:20 (setup: 08:30 – 09:00)
- Thursday, June 16: 16:00 – 18:00 (setup: 08:30 – 09:00)
This poster presentation will be held in the Exhibition Area and have four color coded sections called Somtum (ST), Padthai (PT), Tomyam Kung (TK) and Matsaman (MS). You must attend to your posters through the full afternoon poster session. Setup is recommended in the morning so they may be visited during the first coffee break.
The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to reject publication of papers that have not been properly presented or manned in the poster sessions. Manuscripts of your contributions to the proceedings (or enlargements of them) are not considered as posters and papers presented in this way will not be accepted for publication.
