The early–bird registration deadline is on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 (23:59 Indochina Time: UTC+7). The registration needs to be complete and all payments need to be received by the date in order that the registration will be eligible for the early–bird rate.

Beware of scams
Please note that PICO and SLRI will never ask a third party to retrieve financial or credit card information from a registrant without prior direct personal-arrangement between a registrant and PICO/SLRI staff member.
Be aware that an invoice with remittance details will be completed by a PICO staff member and will always be from the official email address: registration@slri.or.th.

Exhibitor Representative Registration
Exhibitor representative registration will be available from Friday November 12, 2021. Â Please register from this date through the provided online registration portal.
Accompanying Person
Registration fee for the accompanying person is 8,500 THB.
The following items are included in the accompanying person fee:
- welcome reception on Sunday, June 12, 2022
- banquet dinner on Thursday, June 16, 2022
***Coffee breaks are not included.
Please advise the organiser if you are planning to bring children to the evening events.
Day Registration
The following items are included in the day registration fee:
- attendance at all sessions during the date selected
- conference materials
- coffee/tea breaks during the date selected
- either the welcome reception on Sunday, June 12, 2022, or the banquet dinner on Thursday, June 16, 2022

Cancellation Policy
Registration fee will be refunded if a request is made in writing to:Â registration@slri.or.th and received before May 16, 2022.
When processing the refund an administrative fee of THB 2,500 will be charged.
***No refund on paid registrations will be given for cancellations after the date.
Confirmation Email
Once you have completed your registration process, you will receive a confirmation email. Â In the case that you do not receive an email, please contact the Registration Secretariat. Please do not register again.
Changing Your Registration
To make changes to your registration type after you have registered, please send an email of change details to the Secretariat. Â Please do not re–register.
